Dinosaur National Monument - PetroglyphsThe Dinosaur Quarry is a large structure covering a huge wall with an estimated 1,500 fossilized dinosaur bones dating back to the Jurassic period. Unlike most such facilities, this exhibit is structured in such a way that visitors are permitted to touch several real dinosaur fossils. This is one of the best dinosaur exhibits the Lizard has ever seen. Thank you to the scientists and bureaucrats that agreed to leave these fossils in situ! |
