Chef Shevek Barnhart was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has traveled widely since then. His small restaurant, Shevek & Mi, is located on Bullard Street in the old part of Silver City. The atmosphere is colorful, the service is excellent, the menu is imaginative and the food is simply delicious. A Culinary Delight - Highly recommended. |
