St. Petersburg is a fascinating place and well deserves UNESCO's World Heritage designation. I would love to return some day (if I can afford it) to see some of the city's other hundreds (literally) of museums, churches, and palaces as well as to spend enough time to actually get to know a few Russians. I'd love to discuss foreign policy in the post Soviet-era and ask some of the hard questions that are facing both of our countries in the years ahead. Terrorism, climate change, energy, poverty, food, world health, and on and on. It is quite a list.
